Born and raised in Western Maryland, William focuses on portraits, landscapes, and storytelling through imagery.
Currently studying Economics at Frostburg State University, I’ve been doing photography for seven years. Outside of my academic pursuits, I spend my time exploring new places, meeting new people, and trying new things.
